Manfrotto 055XPROB Tripod + 488RC2 Midi Ballhead with RC2

I have read many threads recommending this combination.

Is this sturdy enough for a Canon 5D + 580EX II + 70-200mm F2.8 ?

or any better suggestion and at this price range, the brand is not the main issue.

I presume the heaviest kit you mentioned are 1D Mark III + 100-400L. Which means the tripod combination should hold my keep more then enough.

I am after this set up, and live in the UK.

I can find the tripod online no problem, but I cant find the combination of this tripod and ballhead combination together. Also I can only find the 486RC2 ballhead available here (UK).

Can someone in the UK point me to a site or shop that sells this combo?
