Haven't shopped for a light stand in a few years. Looking for something portable for my metz 58 to carry around at weddings.
quick and light
My current one is getting a little rusty.
What model do you guys like?

Do you have a helper that holds/moves around the lights? If so, a monopod works well as it doesn't get in the way and it's easy to maneuver. But if you need the flash to be free-standing, the Manfrotto Nano 001B is very compact.

How about this http://www.mpex.com/browse.cfm/4,4944.html - very portable.

I agree the Manfrotto Nano is an ideal choice.

Apparently, this "Kwik Stand" has something of a cult following among wedding photogs:

I had been considering the Manfrotto Nano 001B. Looks like the way to go.
Kwik Stand looks pretty awesome, but could not find stock. Anyone know of current stock?
Thanks Guys!
