I really dont know why im drawn to this photo. I must have tried 50 different processing techniques, because well I got nothing to show for for the 100+ photos i took of my daughter outside today... I didnt want to trash all of them... and processed this one in a different way than my normal processing.. a bit exagerrated if you will.. is it a bit much for a candid?

It looks a bit magenta - is that intentional? Other than that, I do like the dreaminess of the post processing. One thing to play around with, just to go along with the dreaminess feel... duplicate this image in its own layer, do a guassian blur of about 5px by 5px, then edit the opacity to between 30-50%. This will give the photo a blurry-in-a-dreamy-way-type look to it. Just something to play with. :)

No no your right on the magenta. I seem to always have to add a bit of red and magenta in cs3 because for some reason, and I cant figure it out, Flickr uploads tend to get pale. I dont understand it.. Ill ton it down a bit.... as for a bit of softness.. Im not too sure ill like it , but ill play around and see what it looks like.

I might try a vignetting that is a bit more graduated in intensity. drker at the very corners and then out from there lighter.
