Hi,
My Canon Powershot A80 (which was introduced in 2004) has finally died.
I'd like to buy another one. If I can't find a used A80, I'd like to step up to the next model that retains the LCD swivel feature. I want to buy used and don't want to spend more than $100. Anything from 4 to 6 megapixels will work.
Can someone tell me which Canon Powershot camera's have this swivel feature? I'm not looking for new models.
Thank you!
Jon

You'll have to look on eBay though, the A600 series aren't that easy to find new, but I've seen A610's on eBay for $100 ish. The A630's go for a little more, like around $140. But I'd recommend the A610 over the A630 because even though it's slightly smaller, its screen is brighter and more accurate, plus the WB (colors) are better on the A610.
A650IS goes for $300 and up, many sell for above sugg. retail, not worth it IMO.
S3IS and S5IS look like great cameras as well, but they are much bulkier. Expensive though, well above $100.

The A80 has the swivel feature also, but the LCD is only 1.5 in. and it was out in 2003, so there are newer options. Sorry-- I read from the most recent, I see you want to upgrade an A80. I to am interested in doing this and will have to look for the options identified in this thread.
