I'm shooting a belly dancing concert coming up early april. I'm wondering what forms if any I need to have signed or whatever to the girls or whoever, to cover my butt basically! (hope that makes sense)? Model release forms? I'm doing it mainly for a friend that is dancing and she'll want a few prints and a cd to send pics to a company online. But she said other girls might want prints of them so my info will be posted somewhere and how to reach me, so they can contact me on how to buy prints! What forms do I need to cover myself legally? (and yes of course.. I'll post some good pics of the ladies for you all to see.. hehehe).

A standard model release will work fine. A quick search on Google will get you what you need.

Who all do I have sign it then? Do I just have my friend sign it, becase I know she's getting prints and a cd? Or do I have anyone that is in my shots sign it?

You need to get a release from virtually anybody who might be recognizable in your shots, even though a different subject might be the important one.
I assume that this is some organized activity. Maybe the participants had to register with the organizer. If so, get the organizer to slip your release form into what the participants have to sign for the organizer. In return, you agree to give the organizer one nice print that he will use for some future promotion. The release must name you (the photographer) and the organizer, since he may be using the photo in the future.
