Thanks for the comments.
Short version: Shot image through bus window, (30d), in RAW converted to JPEG; a few pieces of trash removed through CS2,
reduced resolution to 72, and image size to 800 x (approx) 640, saved, and posted.
Suggestions that might result in a better posted image would be greatly appreciated.

Did you shoot this as the bus was in motion? That might be the issue...as the panning may not have achieved complete focus lock, and thus it is out of focus?
I'm just curious.

The bus was in motion, the streets was paved with stones, and it was a bumpy ride. I'd not considered that possibility,but you have probably answered the question. Thanks!
