I dont know man, its too yellowish, seems a bit soft, and even knowing that you bounced most of the light seems to be coming from straight in front of his face and looking pretty harsh, see how white his cheeks and nose look?

Thank you , I do see the burnt spots on his nose , he was 4 feet in front of me He kept moving .

About the yellowish color It was the first time I shot in RAW and using DPP I adjusted the Temp it was orignal too dark.

it seems out of focus to me. I think if you increase your shutter speed to 125 it would look a lot better. You will ususally get some type of blur hand held with a shutter speed slower than 60 especially with kids.. i never hand hold with kids less than 60 unless I have super great lighting.

I have that same issue with my XT. I hope you are judging your pics by the histogram and not the LCD image. Once I started using the histogram I noticed that my images were a whole lot better. Even so, my XT also produced images a bit on the dark side when shooting Raw.

With this photo, the other poster is right. Seems like the light is a bit strong. Try to flash compensate with a -1 and see how that works.
