can anyone help me. Every time I try and change my avatar it tells me the resized pic is too big. I make it 80PX80P as the directions says (under resize in PS) yet its still too big. What am I doing wrong?

Which boxes do I ned to be checked?:(

After you resize your image, select 'Save for Web' under File. This will create a GIF file that should be small enought to use.
