How to create calender in CS4?

I would like to create some calenders in CS4 with some of my photos. I'm just learning photoshop and don't mind creating a template but is there any simple way to just dowload/import a 12 month calender itself without having to create from scratch or in another program. Just a plain PSD or PNG to bring in as a layer for the dates themselves?

There are psd calendar files floating around the net, some are free some are not. Just google, here's one for start
