Shooting for a business ad.

I have been asked to shoot pictures for an add for the gym that I train at, to be run in a monthly paper that will be run for 8 months and and also photos to be used for handouts, posters,flyers and am wondering what I should be charging. I know it will vary by area but the photographers that I have contacted locally have been know help. So a rough idea would be great.

If there are to be any people in the photos, you might also want to read up on model releases, since the images will be used commercially.

I'm thinking it will almost definitely have models in it(because what good is a picture of an empty gym!), so you will need release forms. Is the gym hiring the models, or are you expected to? Or are you going to use whoever is using the gym that day? In this case, it becomes more of an editorial shoot and a release form will probably not be needed.

It will be fighters from the gym.the owner has arranged the people.One ex-ufc guy.If anybody remembers the one from Montreal you know who the canadian is. as wll as a couple juijitsu guys as well as myself family and our sensei's.
