I need to control remotely the Canon EOS 300D focus. I tried to use "RemoteAPI Camera SDK 8.2" however it doesn't allow to control the focus remotely.
Does someone has an idea how can I control remotely the camera focus?
Any suggestion to solve this problem will be appreciate.

Are you trying to use the autofocus for something like a self portrait? maybe get a remote shutter release. Here's the one on ebay i bought:

you press it halfway down and it focuses, just like the actual shutter button.

I think he is wanting to manually focus the camera remotly via a computer. You can autofocus remotly, but not manual focus.

Exactly. Any idea how I can do it? Is there any remote control that I can manually focus and shoot?

...that would make it autofocus.
Manual focus means you disengage the motor and move it by hand. I guess your really looking for a remote hand.
