View Full Version : EOS viewer utility ALWAYS IN CHINESE

for some reason everytime i install either form my original d20 software cd or the latest download the silly software is in CHINESE not english.. yes i used the english installer!! the other apps on my osx 10.3 system work ok.. or at least the digital photo pro works and in english but the1.5 updater wont run. keeps coming up with the same silly error saying oy cant read the file!! downloaded it twice so far..

any ideas people??

You can send them an email from their web site http://www.canonusa.com . Look under Support/Consumer from the home page and follow the prompts - it should be the same place you downloaded the software from. I tried to find an email address, but all they have is a form to submit. There is also an interactive support option.
