What is a good lens yo use for dew drop refractions. I know the MP-E65 is probably the best lens, but thats not really in my budget right now. Would the Canon 100 2.8 do ok, or what? I love looking at macro photography, and I would like to get into it. Any advice or help is greatly apprecieted. Thanks and have a great day!

The Canon 100 2.8 will be fine, although if you're on a budget then the sigma 105 will be perfect - I bought the sigma and compared it to a friends canon, the two produce exactly the same quality shots.
Canon's are slightly better build quality though and the internal focusing means the lens doesn't extend. The sigma is a great lens for the money though and certainly worth considering.

You really need a bit more magnification than just 1:1 from a standard macro for these. Either get a set of extension tubes (68mm) or perhaps reverse another lens on the front of the 100mm macro lens- eg a nifty 50mm.
