Has anyone gone to work for them? I was looking at their site and found some arguements about their pay scale and such online. Hoping to see if anyone has gotten on with them, how, and how they like it. Thanks!

I don't know much about them at all...
But, Google is your friend:

There's a lot of info out there about them and there pay scale, is it worth it, is it fair, etc. Some say negative things about them, others say the exact opposite and love them.
I'm not sure how many shooters they actually pay, if any, on assignment to shoot the games. I do believe most of it is on spec like other small wires that compete with AP and Getty. They however are probably one of the bigger small wires. Shooting spec is hard to do and make money off it, very few can accomplish it in sports and why you often see a high turnover of photographers unless of course they are shooting for other outlets and then letting a wire represent there images as well as secondary usage. To get in with them is just like any other place, you make a portfolio and hope to get accepted - but if they already have someone that shoots regularly for them in your area you're probably out of luck.

I have never shot for them-- but have for many other agencies. I refuse to shoot for anyone now that does not value what I do and pay accordingly. It is hard to turn away these gigs but you really just have to--- otherwise you just work for next to nothing.
