Hi, This is either a dumb question, or an unusual problem because I couldn't find anything like this on this forum.
My wife was using our A60 yesterday, took a picture, and immediately after taking the photo, the camera froze up while displaying the photo she just took. None of the buttons would work, the camera wouldn't even turn off! So she pulled the batteries out to get the camera to shut off.
Now the camera won't do anything, we put new batteries in it, but it wont power up. We have had the camera for a year, and never had any problems before. We use it frequently. Is there a way to reboot or something? Help Please!
