View Full Version : Trip to Wash DC at night C+C

I went to DC last week with some friends and shot the WWII Memorial, Washington Monument, and Lincoln Memorial at night.
let me know what you think, these are ruff / light edits. These were mostly hand held, one or two with tripod.

I need to actually walk around DC one night with my camera, I rarely ever sight-see since I've grown up here.

Nice shots, I like the first the best with the reflection of the memorial

I really enjoy #4, the other pics of the Washington Monument look like they're leaning, but this one has a nice effect with the people and traffic.

We are discussing possibly taking the kids here for their Spring Break in April this year ...

For sure man, nick mentions the zoo or some other place he was talking about, i want to head up to great falls eventually too, the one shot you got of Lincolns head with the words in the background is sick dude i really liked that one

I agree, #4 is the best one...it actually gives a sense of action - that the city is still alive at night.
