Thought I'd drop in a recommendation for a new DVD I bought myself for Christmas and have just gotten around to watching.

Chasing the Light by David Noton is a inspirational type DVD with lots of educational snippets thrown in.
David visits lots of locations over the South of England teaching on location as the light in the landscape is changing, from pre-visualisation trough taking the shot to the final post-production.
There are also smatterings of his fabulous shots from around the world.

Truly a great purchase if just to inspire you to get up and get out with your gear.
Definitely a purchase for all you landscape lovers :) I really, really enjoyed it.

Available here (http://www.davidnoton.com/) with preview clips (http://www.davidnoton.com/ctlfilm.htm) and lots of his great shots (http://www.davidnoton.com/gallery0.htm) and words (http://www.davidnoton.com/despatches.php) too, a great website by the way.

Ah, I keep meaning to get it. I really miss reading his articles in Practical Photography. Shame he left.

He's in Outdoor Photography now, plus he prints them online.

Chris linked to it in the first post: http://www.davidnoton.com/ and then click on "Despatches" at the top. I'm glad he's putting these online as I enjoyed reading them in Practical Photography.
