Florida Trip

Looking to hit up the everglades for some bird photography. Have a few dates in mind.

Jan 31,1
Feb 7,8
Feb 27,28

Of these are any better? I know there are migration times when there are more birds etc just dont know when that is. Also any suggestions as to where to go or other ideas are welcome.

not too familiar with the everglades, but a little bit north of the everglades (exit 131 off I-75 then west about 5 miles then head towards beaches) is Sanibel Island where there is Ding Darling - excellent place for birds, opens at 7:30am (which is the best time to go there)

You may want to get in contact with Jim Neiger. He is a member on POTN and actually does a "Flight School" in Central FL. I'm sure he could give you some great info.
