A shot I took of her at a wedding she was in (as a bridesmaid):

No post-processing, cropping, or anything else done to the pic. Comments? Suggestions?
I could see about cropping out the hair (somebody else's) that appears in the upper-right corner of the photo, but I think that would narrow the photo too much.

Now THAT's a nice tight "Head Shot"! Interesting angle, but nice. ;)

Nice shot. Instead of cropping the photo anymore, why don't ya just clone out the offending hair?

I could, but I am an extreme n00b when it comes to Photoshop. Maybe I'll ask a friend to help with that.

Great shot, what did you use to take it?
I tried cleaning it up alittle with PS but someone who can spend more time on it could do a better job.

Your wife is beautiful, but the flare isn't. :(
You should post some portraits of her.

I appreciate your comments, but I think there can be times when lens flare accentuates a photo in such a way as to add a bit of "glow" or "sparkle" to the subject. IMO the photo looks better with the flare than without (as with porschewrx's clean-up job). But of course, since I am just a rookie, take my opinion with a grain of salt. :)

I agree it's a very atmospheric shot, she's stunningly beautiful, and there's an air of mystery

I like this shot, and I like the flare in her hair, but not the one on her arm/shoulder area, kinda looks like a big scar or something. She is very pretty, I'm jealous, wish I was that pretty!

I see your point about the flare on the shoulder...I'll see what I can do about taking that out. Thanks for the comment!
