Amherst Media has some very nice books on Natural light. I have bought several from this company with excellent service.

Understanding Exposure. By Bryan Peterson, interesting read, great concepts. I learned alot from that book, check it out from your library, if you can, I wouldn't buy it, but I'd seriously read it a few times though,. Great lessons there. Not exactly a reference book, but an outstanding lesson nonetheless...
