Got these shots today. He was a very cooperative subject ;) I have decided that I have enough "horses romping in snow" shots for now. I'm ready for green grass and warm breezes....... is winter over yet?

VERY NICE! Looks like he's happy with the snow. I don't really miss it - living here on the coast we don't see any white stuff. Occasionally gets into the 70's (21 C's) during the winter too!
He looks like a miniture clydesdale.

What a fuzzybear!! He's gorgeous Kat! I'll bet the owner loved the photos! They're all fantastic.. but the portrait and the last one in the trees are my favorites. (magazine cover material for sure)
Sounds like you're ready to spend some time by the wood stove. (it's turning green here.. but no leaves on the trees) ... Thanks for sharing those. I was wondering how your Vanner shoot was going.. and now I see. .. Beautiful!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!
I love all the draft breeds, like Shires, Clydesdales, Cobs, etc.

Thanks everyone! I plan to go back in the spring when the grass is green - I'm thinking his feathers will show up really well against a nice green background. And maybe it'll even be warm enough to bath him first :-)

I love the series. You posted in my other thread-thanks. His coloring is great-makes me think of a horse in a dairy cow costume. His mane in # 4 and #5 looks professionally done. Great images-I always look for your posts.
