Does the snout come off the bulb of this blower so it can be stored in less space? Do you think that would damage the device if removing and replacing it would be done regularly?

My suggestion on this is to get a smaller one. It doesn't look like the snout will come off, on mine at least.

Bend it in half, what I always do :)

Doesn't that split the rubber along the fold, or make one side stick to the other over time?

I've been doing it for like 1.5 years or something now, nothing has happened to mine
YMMV though...

The snoot comes off of my large one, but not my small one.

I have a small one that I keep in my bag, and then a large one that I keep at home. I understand how you feel -- I can't live without one, but they sure do take up a lot of space!

I have the large red one and the small black one from Giottos and both of the snouts can be taken off and stuck backwards into the whole for storage...
The large one is HUGE! It WON'T fit in my 6 Million Dollar home unless I take out the snout...
