hrmmm. I like it (though cliche) it seems like you did a good job with the concept. I think a lot of what makes these shots though is the ceiling of the "tunnel" that is created by the trees along the length of the road. You cut the top of the photo off? Is this because it didn't work? Would you mind posting up a version with the top of the photo?

Despite the centered composition (the last refuge of the photographer to which I often run!) I find it compelling--largely because of the starkness, clarity, geometry of the painted lines on the road. I have to admit that my eyes tend to want more up top (square crop?). But overall, I really dig it
