8th grade winter dance. At least she went with a gang of girls *sigh*

Edit: I just realized my new avatar (<--) was shot the same night. I think the expression is no coincidence.

LOL at your facial expression comment. I really like the shots, but they have a bit of a red cast to them. Your daughter is beautiful and does not look like an eighth grader at all! lol...sucks for you haha

Thanks for the comments. I'll check out the red...been awhile since I've calibrated. Though she's quite fair skinned and for some reason I often have trouble with her specifically, not sure what I'm doing wrong. She either looks completely pale, or pinkish. Here's a re-edit...better?

still has a bit of a color cast to it. i know what you mean about the fair skin though. My 8 month old is very fair skinned and seems that she has a red/pink tint to her skin everytime i take her picture. It really creates a problem in editing.

Here is a small edit. Its not necessarily her skin tones, its the background that looks pinkish/red. I used my dropper tool on the background and boosted the pic up some.

Wow, your in for some trouble LOL,she is so pretty!

I like christy's edit, i think it was the background color that threw it off....great pic!

Definitely time to recalibrate. There was VERY little red cast to these at home on a calibrated display. Open this thread at work and CRIPES you're right. That background looks like crud. Not sure how I got that far off.
