Turning off custom functions on 430ex

How can I shut off custom functions on the 430ex speedlight after I've turned them on? I've read the user manual and searched past threads to no avail. Thanks.

For most you set them to 0, or whatever the default is. I believe the default setting is in bold on the manual.

You sure can, in most cases just set them to 0.
