Aww poor baby, what happened to her paws?
She's a cutie. sticking out her tounge. My cats do that on occasion, it's like they don't know it's out. I say this because it doesn't look like your dog is panting-just her tounge sticking out.

Just found out she has a "muco cutaneous pioderma immune mediated disease" (sp): translation: blistering caused by bacteria. She had some biopsy material removed from her paws and nose, but everything should clear up with antibiotics.
