Hi All,
I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this question, but I figured this might be the right place. If it's not please feel free to move my post.
OK. I've got a wedding to shoot this week and I've known about muvee reveal for some time now and I am using the trial version. I've read mixed reviews online and I have actually seen some of the problems like the errors and the unexpected program shutdowns. Either way, I do need an application to make my slideshows, and Muvee Reveal is what I've tried. Is there any other software out there that does the same thing? I am not sure what product I should be looking to try. I don't need video editing and i don't need to make a DVD out of my work. It's slideshow making that I need. Muvee seems to do both but I don't shoot video yet so it's not a big concernof mine if the software can't handle video well.
I know they've been around for a while now, but I find it hard to believe there are no alternatives. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.
Does anyone know what other applications do the same thing or better? I'm looking for something that's easy to use and looks really impressive. I have a wedding this Friday. I will be shooting during the day and I need to pick out the 30 or so best shots of the day to compile into a slideshow and this slideshow will be shown at dinner time.
I know I could use something simple like powerpoint but I don't believe powerpoint zooms in and out or allows panning like muvee does.
Any suggestions?
Kevin
