Something comparable to the Norman 400B w/ flashhead

I am looking for a portable strobe for wedding / portrait work. I generally only buy used equipment, but basically, I am looking for a strobe, portable battery, lightstand, softbox combo to use.

I'm curious as to why you're looking for an alternative to the Norman 400B. Are you looking for something less expensive? Features? Performance?

The availability of the 400B isn't very frequent, so yeah, just trying to find something elsee if I can.
