those look great, I have a question though. for the soft focus, do you do that in-camera somehow, or just via post-processing? if post-processing, what sort of processing do you do to achieve that look?

kawter2, it depends. I'd say a fairly large percentage are B&W.

elbirth, usually the light is real sh!tty at wedding ceremonies/receptions, so I shoot at large apertures (f/1.8 :D), so that plays a part in a lot of the image being out of focus. I also use PS though, apply selective gaussian blur here and there to make things blurry.

I am a second shooter, a friendo of mine (and helluva lot better photographer than me) is the first shooter and deals with everything else. Actually, I feel lucky because I don't have to deal with formals and all that crap, I just hide in corners and "document".... paprazzi style :-P

Sue... that poor picture of the flowers has gone through a lot of PS... There are actually multiple layers of blur added to it with different opacities in different parts of the image, and there's radial blur as well... and some more stuff :D:D:D

She will get them, just not from me. All my images go with the rest of them for proofs/album/etc.... but i take copies for myself as well (these are the copies that won't go anywhere else ;))
