I've shot up all the Daffodills in our yard and there is only one Tulip starting to bloom right now, the Blue Bells aren't photogenic enough and I've not hit any of the Tulip festivals yet... so, I get to play with some more puff balls from the flower that never stops growing or spreading seeds... The Dandelion. :D

The following shots were taken with my 10D, 70-200 2.8L, 20mm Kenko close up tube in a light tent. ISO 100, 1/100th f16.

This one is with a black background:

This is one with a silver background:

And this one I tried to catch the seeds being blown off with a few puffs out of a can of air. But when I used enough air to get the seeds to loosen and fly away, they went too fast for me to catch it. But the bare center looked kind of neat.

Thanks, Tupe. The puff ball of the Dandelion has a lot of detail and geometric shapes in it and has always interested me... I just don't like seeing my yard full of them. :D
