I guess the 2nd shot is supposed to suggest abuse of prescription drugs. The other two images don't seem to have any direct connection to that unless they portray places where drugs are used or sold.

they are all seperate photos,im guessing the first and third is one gendre and the 2nd is another.

I would say "urban"...I guess thats just another way of saying street life though... Honestly, #2 is not technically great, but it really draws my attention. It tells a story that can be interpreted differently by different people. Thats the kind of photography that I like to see...
