No such thing as a standard rate ;) There's free up to $50k.
But if you're asking, probably in the market of free to $1000.

Wm.A,
This is a very subjective question. Could you please explain more?
Thanks,
Bryan

Wm, really, the question is not specific enough. Read through some of the threads here before asking such a general question as there are as many different levels of service for any pro work. If you have something in particular you were asked to do, then we can answer. No one will respond with such a general question.

How good is your photography? How much do you want to earn?
That will determine what you can charge....
How good is your photography? That will determine if you are in fact able to shoot a wedding?
Equipment means not as much as your quality of end product. You do need lots of everything - including a couple of bodies and a few fast lenses, couple of flashes, lots of memory, etc etc

Most people charge from between 1000 to 7000 but it can really vary like everyone said. We don't even know what country you're from! :p

So many variables to consider.. your location, what you offer, your skill, your experience, your target demographic .. the list goes on.
