Im in the OC too...so here is a local "Hello" for ya!
I agree nice shot with the exception of the crooked horizon. (I know you noticed that and said you would straighten, so no big whoop)

Youve cropped in too much and the grey border doesnt really work IMO. This is with slight rotation using the grid to level and a small bit of sharpening to bring back the detail. :D

good perspective...i put the border on just on personal taste :)
I used the CS3 ruler tool. I am new to PS so I may of not done it the most efficient way LOL. I didn not color correct at all..I just wanted to try to straighten the horizon a tad, however I like the warmth in the original saturation of the image
