Very strange indeed, too bad you couldn't have got a picture of the owner, they might be even more strangly dress then the car.

Until today the strangest decorated cars I have ever seen were in person, one was a Van dressed up for Wayne Gretzky Day in 1999 and had Gretzky all over it and the other was a PT Crusier with flowers painted on it by a crafty lady who works at Michales Craft Store. Thanks for sharing these.

...but nothings too off base untill you try to imagine the thought process behind the "old lady tub grab bars" attached to the rear windsheild ???

I saw the best car ever today, it was battle gray and had a fin on the top. I think it was dressed up like a shark. It was on the move though so I couldn't get it.

They were obviously placed there because the Chevy Caprice is such an amazingly tall vehicle. I don't know how anyone but a giant could climb in without them. :lol:
