Interesting shot.But if you dont mind me saying,i would of focused on her reflection in the mirror instead of her(if you know what i mean).

Personally for some reason once the shot was uploaded the quality looks horrible. Not sure what happened.

That's very heavy jpeg compression.The site where you uploaded to is very likely compressing your pictures for quick load times and small size on their server
