Roscor has a lot of neat stuff, including gells. The sample books are about the right size to fit on Vivitar strobes, or used to skew WB.

If it is made out of aluminum, then it wouldn't be tinfoil, would it?
I made some light snoots out of aluminum metal flashing that is used by the roofing industry. They sell it at the Home Depot stores. It is heavier than a simple foil, so more permanent.

heh heh .. I plead the fifth..
My real job is a "Technical Director" in a large (2,100 seats) live Theatre/Concert Hall..
A Technical Directors skills must include Lighting, Sound, video, scenery etc... they all work for me and I have to be the expert and bottom line on all of the above :)
I have to run a tight ship .. as all production value ends with me and is ultimately my responsibility...
Anyway,. this is lighting stuff,. just part of my job. ;)
