Love them, what did you use for the backdrop? and what was your lighting setup if you dont mind me asking

thanks, I was getting a bit bored of plain backdrops so a section of wall in my studio will now have wallpaper on it which I will replace every few months. its only enough to shoot kids or at a push 3/4 shot of adults but it adds something extra to my space.

lighting was a diffused reflector with 20deg grid top left and medium softbox just off to my left.

I really like the wallpaper color and everything, but you can see bubbles in it that kind of detract from the image. It's also a little hot for me right behind the subjects. But gives me ideas... thanks for sharing!

really nice light and background. Good idea with that wallpaper. I like them both, but I love the perspective and crop on that second one. :)

Cute, cute, cute... :) Someone mentioned the BG is hot... maybe you can pull the chair forward some, so the light will fall of more before hitting the BG...?

Great idea on the wall paper... :)

Very very cute! I really like the background. I was actually thinking of putting damask wallpaper up on one wall of my "studio".

thanks again for the comments, the back ground is partly hot due to my action that I run to add a touch of vintage feel, but some of it will be the light so i just need to flag the light.
its amazing how much light that chair bounces back onto the wall tho.

I dont really have much space as this wall is the shortest side of my studio. so I just need to work with it better.

The wallpaper hadnt even dryed before I took these as well thats how eager I was to see the background in a photo.

very creative idea about the wallpaper i must say! Cute kids and cute images....I do agree about the background being a bit hot and being able to see some bubbles in it...other than that great job :)
