This is 'the old trip to Jeruselum' , the oldest inn in England. It is built into the rock face that supports Nottingham Castle. A real spooky place, some of the rooms are like caves!
Anyway....Which do you prefer of these two shots?

I like the first one best. It has a better feel about it.

I have to say I prefer the first one too.
It just seems to work better in colour than in B&W.

I vote for the first one, too ... very nice!
The second one seems to have lost some detail and texture.

I like the second one better. In the color version the sghn is washed out from the light. Both are nice though.

I like the first one. It shows more detail and has more depth.

In this case I preffer the first.
The Color is an important part of this photo in my opinion.

The black and white one is amazing. I'd like to hang that up in my house.

the black and white would be good if it did not have those 2 bright modern street lights, so i will go the colour
