I know there was a message out there that this should be a reply to, but I can't find it.
For what its worth....
I experimented today with my PocketPC (Hp Jornada) and flashcards. After taking several pictures in the directory 167CANON, I popped out the card and slid it into the PocketPC, changed the directoy name to "Daffodils", created a word document indicating the time, place, and other information about the shoot, and stored it in the directory; created a new directory "168CANON"; slipped it back in to the 20D and started taking more pictures. It's not an ideal solution to the problem of creating folders in-camera, but it might come in handy if you already have a pocketpc that takes flash cards. Also, the photo viewer on the pocketpc worked fairly well with th 3MB jpeg files.
