Hi friends:

I want to buy a digital camera but I have doubts about what camera is the best.

My options are:

A. Canon Powershot G2
B. Canon Powershot S45
C. Olympus C50.

¿What is the best? ¿What is your recomendation? Another camera by the same prices?

My suggestion is to read a thorough review about those camera in www.dpreview.com but efore you do that you should ask yourself of what camera feature totally needed for you. Things to ask:

1. Do you have the need to attach additional filter/ lenses, as well as external flash? Go for G2
2. Do you need a very small camera that can be tucked inside pocket? Go for s45 or c50, but I have yet to read a review of c50.
3. How many megapixel do you need? 3 megapixel can capture a picture with resolution up to 2048x1536. Do you really need more than that? At 4 Megapixel or even 5? Most 5 Megapixel cam is pricey, which is a good description for c50
4. Do you need a fast lens(f2.0-f2.5)? If so go for g2. I admit that I came to know the term fast lens, filter, hotshoe flash after I bought my s30. If I know that before buying, I'd have g2 instead of s30.
