If I had to pick between the two the first one would be my favorite. She has the "I love life" look about her. Nicely done.

Wow nice shots. I like the first. I wish the color saturation was better.
I modified the shot. I increased the saturation and softened it. I hope its ok with you.

Mods are always acceptable. Your modified version is a little more glamorous - but I like the original as it is. The freckles seem to be perfectly in character for her.

Thatsa true, the freckles do add character. Then in that case more color saturation alone would improve it in my opinion. But great shots anyway you look at it.

I really like the second one...she is very pretty and exudes confidence...someone you'd like to meet. I really like the original over the airbrushed one as well...her freckles and other characteristics add so much to the overall picture!!

I think what you have is 2 great images, of an extremely attractive lady,
The candid approach works well for both, theres no real direct eye contact (ie not looking into the lens) but its the eyes that have it for me, the natural expression is vary nice.
stick with the freckles, dont retouch.
to judge between the 2 the black & white just has the edge for me, I think it worth trying a small crop, take off the top of print and make the image truly square.
It lifts the position of the eyes above the centre line, in my view making a stronger composition.
The range of tones in the B & W is fine.
Congratulations to you
