Jasper, Alberta is a marvelous little town in the Canadian Rockies, where bears and elk wander the streets as the urge strikes. Many tourists see it from the platform of a touring train, shown here. I think you can see from the background scenery why people make that trip.

That's beautiful. Love the train, now if only there was a plane, "planes, trains, and Automobiles" :lol: :lol: :lol:

we saw one , but i wasn`t ready with the camera , got plenty of wolves though

Here's one of the bears from Jasper. I thought it was a cute pose, but didn't realize until I saw it on computer that the auto focus was on the flowers, rather than the bear. Oh well.

Hey it's still a darn cool shot. the bear makes a neat background for the lovely flowers. :) :)
