No 2, but I'd crop slightly to lose the oof forground

depends on what you are going to use it for...

Personally I prefer the first as it shows the natural color of the pearls. If you like the color of the metal in the 2nd you could always use a desaturated or black & white layer then mask out the clasp so the B&W version shows.

As a poster on the wall, I too would prefer the 2nd but only because the background seems to detract from the pearls themselves. Still I do prefer the natural color of the pearls to the white version.

+1 for the first one. I think the B&W looks cheap.
