I have the d60 and liked how the camera would download images through the zoombrower. I just picked up the 20D and cant seem to download the images as easily as the d60. It acts as if it was a flash drive. Is this how the camera downloads its images or did I install the software incorrenctly. Can a computer have both softwares and do I have to delete the D60 software to use the 20D?

The latest zoombrowser should work for both cameras, so long as you installed all the software that came with the 20D. Most people use a card reader rather than plugging your camera in, it's faster and doesn't use the camera battery. They're cheap. Then use something like DIM from http://alanlight.com to download and rename the images, it's better than ZoomBrowser IMHO.

Larry, are you using a card reader?
If not, then do.
That will go the farthest to easing your problem.

Zoombrowser doesn't "see" the .cr2 RAW files from the 20D. It should download 20D jpeg files though. Is this stupid? Yes. Does Canon care? No. Oh the new stuff is so much better. Only if you don't have to use it.
