error message with A75

Hello All,

Have recently purchased powershot a75. I receive "the imaging device is busy" message when I plug into the computer (windows xp) and try to view photos. Tried to answer this through canon's site but no joy. Anyone?:cry:

Ok, you plug the camera to your WinXP USB port, but what program do you use to download your images? What else do you have connected to your PC?
