Tutorial for Flash??

Does anyone know of a good BEGINNERS tutorial on how to use Flsh CS4? I just downloaded the trial and I am SOOO lost! I dont even know where to begin. I wanted to make a simple website totry it out first. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

I'd be interested in that too... Although I've figured to just do a few things here or there in flash (like buttons/icons) and do the rest of the site in basic html/css. You can find a few free tutorials online that can get you started on some basic functions and ideas of creating simple things, just start googling.

Have you made a website before at all? Do you know html and other basic functions, as knowing those will help you a bit I think.
