Comp cards...

I was recently approached by a model to help with her comp card. I have much more skill and experience with design than photography at the moment but never did a comp card before. I'm curious to know what kind of files are best to send to a printer and if anyone has an online printer to recommend (or a local one in Chicago)

Just look online as you can find examples of Compcards or as they are also called ZED cards. As for a printer in Chicago, sorry, no clue.
