These were a last minute Christmas gift for my wife's sis.
A friend was borrowing my umbrella/light stand, so ended up bouncing my 430ex into a piece of foam core directly above the camera. Also had two more pieces of foam core left and right scored down the middle and set up like "V"s around the rose: < rose >
Exif got stripped trying to convert to jpeg, but I think I had the lens (24-105) set to 105mm at f/11 on an xti with the 430ex off camera blasting away at full power.
