Help! I can't seem to download images from my S40 via zoombrowzer ex 3.2.1 .Keep getting an error message - 'Unable to download because the transfer client is not available'.Whats that mean?.Help anyone...

Do you have the proper TWAIN driver installed for the camera? Try reinstalling the drivers and see if that helps.

I had this problem and called tech support and they had all the answers.
Try restarting your system and then try to d/l your pics. Hope this helps, if not call Canon.
