Hello all.
Has anyone got or used a Cosina 100mm macro lens. I know its the cheapest of them all but i am skint and i really want a canon 100mm macro but the cosina is 4 times cheaper than the canon... Any advice or images taken with cosina would be appreciated....

Photosig have images listed by lens type-here are the cosina 100 macro pages.
Unfortunately you need at least a limited membership to view them full size .

It makes a pretty good normal/portrait lens too

A couple of things--is this lens only 1:2 ratio macro? Maybe that might be an issue for you?
If you see examples from similar lenses then it's likely they are identical to the cosina. This 100/3.5 model has also been branded vivitar, pheonix and other names
